Cineflip Zone – Online Personal Fitness Program

Welcome to Cineflip Zone’s Online Personal Fitness Program (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering for, subscribing to, or participating in any of our online fitness sessions, you (“the Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our services.

1. General Terms

1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all online fitness classes, workshops, memberships, and related services offered under the Cineflip Zone platform.
1.2. Participation in our online sessions indicates your acceptance of these Terms.
1.3. Cineflip Zone reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.4. Participants must be at least 16 years of age. Those under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Health and Safety Disclaimer

2.1. By participating in any Cineflip Zone online fitness program, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, strain, or accident.
2.2. You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit and capable of participating safely.
2.3. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations, you must consult a qualified healthcare professional before joining the program.
2.4. Cineflip Zone and its trainers shall not be liable for any injury, health issue, or aggravation of a pre-existing condition resulting from participation.
2.5. Ensure that your exercise area is safe, clear of obstacles, and suitable for the activities conducted online.

3. Online Session Guidelines

3.1. Participants must ensure a stable internet connection and access to required equipment (e.g., yoga mat, resistance bands, or weights, if applicable).
3.2. Recording, redistributing, or broadcasting live or pre-recorded sessions is strictly prohibited.
3.3. Cineflip Zone reserves the right to monitor and record sessions for quality, safety, and training purposes.
3.4. Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior during online classes may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

4. Fees, Memberships, and Payments

4.1. All program fees, membership plans, and session charges must be paid in full prior to participation.
4.2. Fees are displayed in [INR] and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
4.3. Access to sessions or services will be granted only after confirmation of successful payment.
4.4. Cineflip Zone reserves the right to modify pricing, offers, or membership structures at any time.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1. All bookings, memberships, and program fees at Cineflip Zone are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
5.2. Once registered, participants cannot cancel, reschedule, or carry forward their sessions or memberships.
5.3. Failure to attend an online session or withdrawal from a program for any reason will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content provided through Cineflip Zone, including videos, logos, workout materials, text, and graphics, is owned or licensed by Cineflip Zone and protected under copyright law.
6.2. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any materials from our programs without prior written permission.
6.3. Unauthorized sharing or commercial use of our content may result in legal action.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1. Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for program management, communication, and service improvement.
7.2. Cineflip Zone is committed to protecting your privacy and will not share personal data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
7.3. By using our online services, you consent to our collection and processing of your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Cineflip Zone, its trainers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from participation in online fitness sessions.
8.2. Participants accept full responsibility for their safety, environment, and exercise choices during online classes.

9. Termination of Access

9.1. Cineflip Zone reserves the right to suspend or terminate a participant’s access to any online program for violation of these Terms or inappropriate conduct.
9.2. No refunds will be issued in cases of termination due to participant misconduct or breach of Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from participation in Cineflip Zone programs shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tulapur, Maharashtra.

11.  By completing registration and payment, you automatically agree to and are bound by all the Terms and Conditions stated herein.
