Welcome to Power Jump Sports Trampoline Gymnastics Centre (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing, registering, or participating in any of our trampoline, gymnastics, or fitness activities, you (“the Participant” or “the Parent/Guardian,” where applicable) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. General Terms

1.1. All participants must complete the registration form and waiver before engaging in any activity at Power Jump Sports.
1.2. Participants under 18 years of age must have the form signed by a parent or legal guardian.
1.3. We reserve the right to deny entry or participation to any person who fails to comply with safety rules or staff instructions.
1.4. Power Jump Sports reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Safety Rules

2.1. Safety is our highest priority. All participants must follow the safety briefing and trampoline rules displayed on-site.
2.2. Participants must wear proper sports attire and non-slip trampoline socks at all times.
2.3. No flips, somersaults, or risky maneuvers unless under coach supervision.
2.4. Only one participant per trampoline bed at a time (unless authorized for group routines).
2.5. Food, drinks, and chewing gum are strictly prohibited inside trampoline zones.
2.6. Any injuries or accidents must be reported immediately to staff.

3. Health and Fitness

3.1. Participants should be in good physical condition and free from medical conditions that may be aggravated by physical activity.
3.2. If you are pregnant, have heart conditions, back issues, or other health concerns, please consult your physician before participating.
3.3. Power Jump Sports is not responsible for aggravation of pre-existing conditions.

4. Liability Waiver

4.1. Participation in trampoline gymnastics involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and sprains.
4.2. By signing the waiver or booking an activity, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
4.3. Power Jump Sports, its owners, staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property arising from participation.
4.4. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.

5. Memberships and Bookings

5.1. All bookings and memberships are subject to availability and must be made through official channels (website, front desk, or partner apps).
5.2. Memberships, passes, and sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.
5.3. Power Jump Sports reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to maintenance, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1. Respect coaches, staff, and fellow participants at all times.
6.2. Abusive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior will lead to immediate suspension without refund.
6.3. Participants must maintain cleanliness and discipline in all training areas.

7. Photography & Media

7.1. Power Jump Sports may capture photos or videos for promotional purposes during sessions or events.
7.2. By entering the premises, you grant permission for your image to be used in marketing materials, unless you notify management in writing.
7.3. Personal photography is allowed only in designated areas and must not disturb others. Compulsory their must be a tag or a given credit to Power Jump Sports if the photo or videography is posted on any social media platforms. 

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All bookings, memberships, and passes at Power Jump Sports are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Once a booking or registration has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or carried forward to a later date or another participant. Participants who fail to attend a scheduled session, arrive late, or choose to withdraw from a program for any reason will forfeit all fees paid.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

By completing the registration process, you automatically agree to and are bound by all the Terms and Conditions stated above.
